Before establishing her own business in 1998, Lauren was a principal with The DiBianca-Berkman Group. Her management consultant work there was based on Transformational Technologies, a methodology that concentrates on self-knowledge, straight talk, and commitment-based action. With a variety of organizations she analyzed corporate culture, designed and implemented change initiatives, and coached managers and executives. Lauren also was with Motorola for seven years, as both an Organizational Development Consultant and a Change Management Manager. Her activities there supported people in initiating and sustaining change: she coached managers and leaders, conducted organizational cultural analyses, mapped business processes and relationships, and designed and facilitated Large Group Events.
