Sandra has five years intensive experience of effecting change and coaching people to achieve their goals in both the corporate and private sectors. She is the Director of Chrysalis Coaching, an independent life and executive coaching company.
Sandra is qualified in occupational and psychometric testing (Levels A&B) and is a competent trainer and workshop leader.
Sandra has excellent communication skills gained from a background in public relations.

Prior to establishing Chrysalis Coaching, Sandra worked for blue chip companies such as ICL and Cable & Wireless Communications. A career development specialist, she has extensive experience of managing transition and redundancy in the corporate sector.
She is experienced in working in the corporate sector and currently coaches professionals at various companies around the UK, as well as leading workshops and training programmes.
She has a diploma in solutions-focused counselling and also worked as a counsellor for the children's charity ChildLine.
