Carolyn is an enthusiastic trainer and workshop leader, who has trained hundreds of IT managers in coaching skills. She is also experienced in designing and facilitating workshops for corporate groups. Carolyn’s first hand experience in the corporate world combined with her coaching experience enables her to connect with corporate clients’ challenges and culture.
Carolyn recently left a job in a major telecommunications company to build her own business as a personal and professional coach and trainer. Working with clients on a one-to-one basis, Carolyn wakes them up to what is true for them, connects them with what is really important for them, and inspires them to achieve a whole new level of success, both professionally and personally. Carolyn is a role model for this and is a prime example of how coaching can have a dramatic effect on the way you live life.

Education & Credentials
Carolyn trained as a professional coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is one of only a few coaches in the UK to have achieved the qualification Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership programme.
Carolyn is an accredited Corporate CoachU Coaching Clinic Leader.
She is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Prior to coaching, Carolyn was a successful yet stressed out, busy, working mum, with little time or energy, on auto-pilot and struggling to keep her head above water. Carolyn's passion for awakening, connecting and inspiring busy successful people is therefore very close to her heart.
